Terms of sale
These terms apply to orders placed on tresorlondon.com, operated by Trésor London.
Orders
Your order is accepted when we email you a confirmation. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. We extend this to 30 days for unworn items, as set out in our shipping and returns policy.
Faulty items
If something arrives faulty, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
