Delivery

We currently ship within the UK.

• Standard delivery (2 to 4 working days): £3.95, free on orders over £100
• Express delivery (next working day, order before 1pm): £7.95

Returns

You can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Earrings can only be returned if the hygiene seal is intact. To start a return, email hello@tresorlondon.com with your order number.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving your return.

Caring for your gold

Take jewellery off before swimming, showering or the gym, and store it dry. A soft cloth brings back the shine.
